Hello. You are referring to two campaigns which are Forsaken and Shadowkeep. You are referring to the Shadowkeep campaign. Can you provide screenshots of all your quest tabs and the moon map as well as the interaction of Eris morn? Imgur or Twitter links work best.

Hi there, Thats the quest that is glitches as it will not allow me to activate it either by visiting the location and activating the quest manually or by trying to activate through the map. I have even tried doing the doing the public event to kill the nightmares to see if that would activate or get out of the glitch but nothing seems to work 🤧

Are you sure you have the DLC? I do not see any missions in your game history. You will want to [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restore your license[/url][/b] and reinstall Shadowkeep. If that does not help, you will need to contact Xbox Support to help retrieve your license.

Thank you for your help, I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice already so if this update for beyond light doesn't fix issues then I will contact xbox about the license as I know 100% i have all the dlc's and that they are all properly installed.
