Yea ok, Bungie. Giving the fallen a gray cape and ice on their bodies doesn't count.

I watched the trailer closely and it would appear some fallen on europa can freeze you using stasis. This will work similarly to how it is in the pvp trailer. I don't know if all house of darkness fallen will have that ability or if it's just going to be the 3 barons. Plus alot of players hated fighting the last new enemy type, the scorn.
