Allo there, This help forum is how you get help 😀 As to your issue, make sure to check all your characters and vault while you're in game, so physically check rather then using the app. If you can't find them then try signing out or switching characters via the settings menu. The app is not able to destroy items and they usually end up in the vault as the process is to send from character to vault to target character.
