Never gonna happen but is very possible as games like God help me say this battlefield 5 has 64 players and an fov slider so does 1 and it runs just fine but then again this is destiny it would probably go down to 4 fps and crash

Thats not how it works, sorry to tell you. Different engines load and render assets differently. Destiny 2 is capped at 30fps with no fov slider for various reasons. Mostly due to hardware constraints. It also has to due with the fact that destiny 2 is poorly built and is running on a garbage engine. Its the same reason it take so long for the devs to fix anything and the same reason every season is riddled with bugs. The engine is terrible and isn't user friendly to code for. Also the devs seem to be incompetent sometimes.
