Unfortunately yes, but all these problems stem from the same cause. So we need to be holding people to a higher standard and making it so that the ones that don’t want to be that higher standard get punished.

Punishment for not obtaining a higher standard. Like not vandalizing someone else's property, or public buildings. I agree everyone, EVERYONE should be held to this higher standard.

But why SHOULD we get held to a 'higher standard' when it comes to this? T-bagging isn't assault, it isn't harassment, the only thing getting hurt is your PRIDE

Nobody said it was assault or harrassment. The Code of Conduct states that it only need be an implied, depicted, or referenced sexual act (I quoted the rule and linked it in OP). It clearly is within this definition.
