TURTLE error has kept me from updating and logging in for several weeks

I have been receiving TURTLE errors for weeks now that disallow me from updating D2 and playing. I have tried all the suggested fixes via support forums and none have worked. I have posted this issue on Bungie Support via Instagram and Facebook, as well, with no response since 4/29/20 (2 days as of this post).
