I can’t see the weekly flashpoint on Nessus
The planet does not have a gold circle over Nessus. If I hover over failsafe there is no bar indicating progress or that the flashpoint even exists. I’ve done 2 heroic events and two normal events. I did the heroic adventure which does appear right outside of where failsafe is. I did two lost sectors and other activities, but I’ve got nothing indicating progress or completion.

The weekly powerful reward challenges will only appear when the character you are on is at least power level 950 without any boost from the artifact. I see you have two under 950 characters so I'm assuming you were using one of them when you noticed it missing. If this is not the case, then let us know.
