Exotic quest for the Anarchy (hand cannon): You find hidden caches with corrupted weapon parts then you take them to Rasputin to remove the corruption but Rasputin tells you that the vex stole the tool you need to build the gun. You have to kill a gate lord to gain access to the teleporter. You have to go to the Black Garden (or somewhere else) via the teleporter and kill the Corruptive Mind and take back the tool. Then you need to go back to Shiro-4 and he will grant you a prototype and then you need to get 100 kills in the crucible or 500 vex kills with the prototype then you need to go back to Rasputin and he will give you the Anarchy. Anarchy stats: Energy Type - Void Impact - 97 Range - 40 Stability - 56 Handling - 41 Reload Speed - 88 Magazine Size - 12 Bullets Per Minute - 95 Hidden Stats: Zoom - 10 Aim Assistance - 80 Recoil Direction - 100 Inventory Size - 45 Bounce Intensity - 12 Perks: No Government - Bullets stick to enemies and corpses and explode after a short delay. If there is an enemy behind your target the bullet will go through the one you shot first and stick to the enemy behind Corkscrew Rifling FMJ Rounds - Increased Impact and Range.
