old cross save wasnt unlinked when it was fixed by bungie
my ps4 account was to be unlinked because I had automatically been signed on through my xbox live account which i was trying to link, and the website automatically added it to the ps4 cross save
bungie kindly corrected this error(even though they didnt have to technically from the rules of crosssave), making it so that my guardians I use were my xbox ones, but they did not remove the ps4 from the crosssave, rendering my ps4 account which i had planned to keep separate unplayable
I would like the ps4 account unlinked and I cannot do that myself because I had bought silver, but when support last fixed my cross save I was under the understanding the ps4 account was removed but I just found out today it wasnt
I know they say they wont fix your cross save but not all of them are heartless and will help like they did before, so do not quote the rules for me , i am asking for bungie once again to step in for me if they are willing , please

2 回覆Bungie is not able to unlink accounts for you. It could become a security issue if they could and allowed requests like this. You could send them another form asking that Cross Save be disabled so you can unlink your PS4 account, but even if they do this, you won't be able to enable Cross Save again for 90 days.
