I will let the dev team know you would still like the affinity system removed completely. For this change, we wanted to let players who pick up new items not get stuck with an affinity they didn't prefer and to also let players be able to change their current upgraded armor for a materials cost.
We made a bunch of changes to the Enhancement Core economy and it appeared to improve the system for a majority of players giving feedback around the community. Let me know if you disagree and I can pass your feedback along.

Why your at it please make it so that infusing armor with higher stats into armor with lower stats, transfer some of those stat points to the armor. So if I have and armor I like and it has a total stat point of 68 and I infuse armor with a stat roll of 70 into it. Then the extra 2 point will be added into my original armor boosting it to 70. Lore wise this makes a ton of sense especially when you have characters like saladin telling you to grow and feed your light.

We all know nothing will be done to make things more positive for the players. You don't actually care about what we want, and never have. You think we should play the game the way you want us to, not the way we want to. You are literally hostile, antagonistic and dishonest to your customers. You have contempt for us. The best thing bungie could do for Destiny is just sell it to someone who doesn't view their customers the way you do. There is no reason to play this game anymore. You had something with the potential to be great, and squandered it.

由mcxp70編輯: 2/16/2020 1:42:46 PMYour making the game way to grindy with all the materials a masterwork cost. One of the greatest reasons I play this game is, unlike warframe and other games like destiny, you don’t have to sit all damn day to get the materials you need to craft something. But now it seems this game is going towards that timely system as well ☹️

There’s no need to go searching for something that’s difficult. This is one of those cases, where once again Bungie skipped the clear, obvious and sensible solution and went off on another crazy tangent to come up with this ‘improvement’. By this stage it’s clear that this cannot be accidental. Your ‘improvements’ are purposefully obtuse. You take the thing that’s being asked for then twist it and add conditions until it becomes something else. It seems almost punitive in nature, as if your ‘improvements’ are designed as a punishment for not just accepting the wonder of your initial ideas.
As Cozmo used the term ‘we’ I have used ‘you’ to collectively address the decision makers at Bungie
Even if the cost had been a few enhancement prisms I would've been fine. Something that most players dont have a lot of but can be easily farmed with a match made activity. The avid players have more prisms to swap. That's fine. Reward them for having played the game.

Oh here we go again! I will let the dev team know you would still like the affinity system removed completely. FFS. Hello! Earth to Cozmo! You just woke up to this? For this change, we wanted to let players who pick up new items not get stuck with an affinity they didn't prefer and to also let players be able to change their current upgraded armor for a materials cost. Of course, we also wanted to make it absolutely impossible - well, in their lifetimes - for the majority of the player base to achieve this utopia. After all, here at Bungie, we have always considered the lower class of player to be morons. "I will have a chat to the Developers, who will pretend to ponder a resolution. The main thrust of their pondering is how to change the problem without actually changing the problem. Sometimes the solution is to merely change the name of the problem. This works rather well, as the problem goes away until the players learn about the new name of the same problem, and "bring it to my attention"... again. However, the usual solution is to change the name and change the problem into another problem. This works rather well too, as the problem goes away until the players learn about the new name of the new problem, and "bring it to my attention"... again again. Jeez, I got a great job!"

İf you are working for bungie , and if you are earning money from the players as well , then you have to know this basic , and base problem of the game. At the same time you should force to devs to change this idiot idea. At least you shouldnt responde request like this

But I can't shake the feeling that all you've managed to achieve with this change, is punish players who invested fully into the 2.0 system. Waiting for several layers of RNG to reward you with armour you want is the most punishing aspect of the game, so I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of players have masterworked armour for stats and max energy level forgoing affinity only for what looks like a slap in the face.

I applaud this change. The salty replies are shortsighted, I’m glad the team over there thought this through and didn’t accidentally remove the bulk of the loot chase. If it wasn’t expensive, we’d all only need a single set of armor and they’d all be complaining there wasn’t enough loot and demanding armor 3.0.
and to also let players be able to change their current upgraded armor for a materials cost. .
could you be any more insincere? The cost is exorbitant. So in reality, there is no 'change' for existing armour.
