Will sword heavy attacks at full energy do more damage than they do now? Are heavy attacks only using energy or are they using both energy and ammo? Will the energy bar be dictated by the strength stat in terms of regen time? Will the regen time be faster than normal melee attacks? Slower? Will we get any new swords in the secondary/special slot? If the energy system was made to make guarding more prominent, don't you think it's counter intuitive to attach it to heavy attack damage? I'm still not going to guard because I don't want to waste my heavy attack damage. If the idea is to make swords better for light attacks on ads, why is it staying in the heavy slot? I prefer to do big damage to bosses with my heavy weapons. I know swords are under used in D2 and most people only use them for specific purposes (speedrunning & raid boss cheeses). I may be in the minority but I love using swords and I use them quite regularly. I am excited about the guard changes and changes to looping light attacks and cleave damage. However, the rest seems like a silent nerf to swords. I hope some of these questions get addressed.
