This is life. You will have feelings like this & if you can't figure out how to get past them yourself, there is no shame in seeking counseling from a professional. I have done it & it helped quite a bit.

Maybe now is the time to seek out the therapist that is right for you. I prefer psychologists over psychiatrists, since they can't prescribe meds, so they look for better ways that do not require meds & if they think you need meds, they have no shame in sending you to a psychiatrist.

I have never understood why folks think things need to be bad before they go. If you are having an issue resolving it for yourself, then you go, it helps to have someone on the outside that is not in the middle of it to help you sort it out, even when it is minor. You do not have to go it alone, kinda like the old Footprints in the Sand deal.
