Can't get Secret Victories Emblem
I've been grinding blind well for the past few weeks and I still have yet to get this emblem. I've done all ascendent challenges, and have almost all ascendent chests.
Is this emblem really this rare?? It's the last item I need for Wayfarer.

In case anyone comes across this topic later, I realized that I still never completed one of the 5 or 6 ascendant challenges that rotate in the dreaming city. After completing it I got my emblem.... So instead of grinding blind well make sure you have all ascendant challenges done first.
