Yeah, that’s fair, but I decided to not count Ghaul for this. It was just a sudden “he stole the Light and can use everything”, but I’m focusing on actual Guardians. The wait to see an actual Guardian use all elements has been long and is certainly more interesting than a moment of overpowered antagonist crap.
