When I look at it now - my previous post, though quite informative and educational and probably constructive for most, but I presume it wasn't that constructive for Bungie since they actually created the damage mechanics and I was just baffled by them thinking they're the actual bug.. However having caught on the mechanics myself I created this post and I believe this one to be more constructive and specifically related to proving why the 50% buff isn't enough if they actually plan to make Xenophage somewhat similar to a GL damage wise.
