Outlaw on the Multi-Tool is one of the most pointless things to put on this weapon. It already has an incredible reload without having outlaw so what's even the point of having this catalyst? I've been thinking of ways to change the catalyst. [b]1. [/b]Keep Outlaw. Increase mag size to 21. Increase ammo reserves. [b]2. [/b]Remove Outlaw. Increase mag size to 21. Max out handling stat (Kinda pointless but D1 Mida had maxed out handling so why not). Increase stability. [b]3. [/b]Remove outlaw. Increase stability. Add No Distractions perk. [b]4.[/b]Remove Outlaw. Increase stability. Increase mag size to 21. I also think the catalyst should drop by either playing regular crucible/competitive games, or it could just drop only in competitive without you having to get to legend ( maybe change when you get the chance of getting it depending on whether or not you're above 2100 glory ) Just my thoughts on what to change with the Multi-Tool catalyst. Perhaps I'm a little biased with how to change it because the Multi-Tool is my favorite weapon in the game and always has been.
