Despite all the controversy with it, I’m still enjoying the game just like I thought I would. Even Reddit is starting to let up on it a bit. I mean, it’s a Pokemon game. Of course it’s going to be fun. I’m not very far yet, I just got to the first Wild Area, but I’m already having a blast. Yeah, I wish I could turn off the experience share, but honestly that’s the only thing I’ve disliked so far. It’s pretty good. It’s kinda like USUM 2, which is fine by me because I liked USUM. So yeah. It’s not horrible despite all that’s been said about it. Edit: Just beat my first gym. I’m still spending too much time in the Wild Area lol. The leader’s strongest pokemon was level 20 while my pokemon are all mid to upper 20s Edit 2: Damn so many people are ahead of me. I’m like 8 hours in yet I just beat Nessa lol. Though I did take a long detour to get Sirfetch’d. Edit 3: This’ll be my last progress update because I don’t feel like making anymore and it seems like a majority of people here have already beat the game so yeah. 3rd gym is down, I now have a fully evolved starter (Inteleon), and I’m currently derping around in the Wild Area grinding out raids and trying curry on my way to Hammerlocke
