Question about Crucible/Gambit Ban

Hello, I was curious about my ban recently. Is the ban based on disconnections, or player flagged connection issues? We have sub-par internet; around 6mb/s service. I want to make sure it doesn't happen again if I can help it. I have never had it happen before, and I want to keep playing Crucible. My gamertag is LaBooshFlaba. Thanks for your time.

  • If it was disconnections that usually triggers short term suspensions (30-60 min). Restrictions are based on reports and Bungie data. It seems like that is what you have so I will post bungie's statement on connection restrictions along with their tips for improving the connection.
