That’s because they retconned the story lol Originally there was multiple warminds, Rasputin being the earth warmind. Then in the warmind expansion they were like “there is only 1 warmind, what you thought was other warminds wasn’t 🤷🏼‍♂️” and we were all like “but that mission in D1 on mars sai” (bungie interrupting): “was misinformation. Your guardian assumed it was a different warmind on mars but s/he assumed wrong 👍”

The dude that wrote Warmind didnt even know the original lore. Warmind dialogue is filled with contradictions
