They probably had to give the recluse users a fighting chance, lol.
Seriously I'm no fan of nerds but if anything needs a nerf it's the recluse.

That’s not at all true. The nerf was exclusive to PvE and it adjusted the damage bonus of Master of Arms. Previously it increased headshot damage by 50% and bodyshot damage by 150%. Now it increases by 21% and 92% respectively. Master of Arms still lasts the same amount of time as it previously did.
