And yes my phone and apps are updated, and I'm connecting via high bandwidth Wifi. I can see the gear on each character and in the vault. But when I press the "+" button to look for an item to transfer to an empty slot it finds nothing. Waiting doesn't solve the issue. If I go to character holding the gear I can transfer it to another place so the app half works. But scrolling through 498 items in the vault is stupid.
