This happens constantly when trying to play the game on XB1. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game hoping that would do something and it has not. You have to restart the game and try again. Sometimes taking 5-10 attempts before everything works. I'm hardwired and my connections speed is 500 down, so it's not a connection issue....but I did check the connection to be sure.
