Did not receive other Seasons passes after buying the Shadowkeep Deluxe edition
I was checking my season passes on my PC account on steam and noticed that I did not receive the other season passes eventhough I ordered the PC Deluxe Digital edition of Shadowkeep
Also I saw this on TWAB:
Some players who purchase the Shadowkeep Deluxe Edition may not receive all four Season Passes, but may instead receive 1,000 Silver per unredeemed Season. Players may spend this Silver to purchase future seasons through the Seasons tab in the Director menu. (https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/48273)
FYI I did not get any silver as well

I pre ordered the digital deluxe version of Shadowkeep also but did not receive forsaken Io however have access to the areas but cannot do the quest line cause it says I don’t have forsaken. I did however receive warmind and Osiris unlocked and I believe I received the stuff that came out after forsaken (I only know about the black armory that was released after forsaken and I received a mission to start the black armory forge so I believe I have the dlc that came after forsaken but not forsaken itself)
