No longer have access to preordered content after cross save
I preordered forsaken back before it came out, and of course got the preorder content. This was on xbox, however, I recently activated cross save and have been playing on pc, and I noticed that I don't have the ability to regain Cayde's ship from my collections, however, I still have the ornament for the ace of spades that came with the preorder. I would appreciate it if I could get back the ship, which I had on xbox. I am unsure if I currently have access to it on xbox, however, on pc, the ship is not grayed out, however, it says I can't regain it because it was a preorder bonus (which I assure you I did preorder forsaken).

Licenses do not transfer with Cross-Save, nor do the bonuses for license ownership, such as Collector's editions and Pre-Order bonuses. In order to regain a dismantled item gained from a Pre-Order bonus given on Xbox, you'll need to log in on Xbox where you have access to the license and then pull it from your Collection there. After it's back in your inventory, you should be able to take the item with you through Cross-Save back to PC for use.
