This is how I would fix fusion rifles...
Taking damage whilst charging up your fusion rifle increases your bolt spread.

High impact fusion nerf will only buff precision frames like tempered dynamo and epicurean (indirectly). Precision frames are nowhere near as bad as you think and are still more then usable. I really like using my curated tempered dynamo more then I like using the erintil.
