Please close the game then navigate to your %appdata% folder, Bungie, DestinyPC, prefs and delete the cvars.xml file (the settings file). This will reset all your settings to default and should revert your keybinds and reenable your ability to adjust them again. If that doesn't work, try a Scan & Repair from the launcher.
