Does the Bungie store still have garbage customer service?
I know this has nothing to do with destiny 2, Just wondering since this is the only place I can talk too about the bungie store. It’s been one day since I contacted customer service about trying to full refund my destiny grimoire analogy and I know they won’t contact me within one day but I’m wondering if it’s gonna take them months to reply to my message

1 回覆Allo, Since it's currently a federal holiday it's unlikely the store staff are in today. It took them just under a day to reply to me but it all depends on when you email and how busy they are. Also make sure to check your spam folder as that's where the reply went for me.

1 回覆Nope. I used to think that. I get replies from Bungie employees or helpers quite fast.
