I insulted a person in via message as they were insulting me and the rest of our fireteam after a match after we LFG'd together as they left before anything could be said, and was run by my anger towards this guy, violating your Code of Conduct, and in doing so I became a violator. My private messages are temporarily banned, so I cannot message a Ninja directly. I know that the ban is only for a week however it does make using the LFG harder as I cannot message them for details and getting their attention. I was just wondering if it could be lifted at all? Thanks.
