Hi so my Australian friend cant really afford a better wifi service and was banned for 2 months for unstable connection I play with him a lot and it's not his fault is there any way you guys can life his restrictions because it's not really fair yes I understand it hurts other players but he cant help his internet connection hes tried everything even getting a brand new PS4 he doesnt live in an urban area so his connection is very slow anything you guys can do? Hes also Australian and they're notorious for poor internet providers
