[i]Backstory over.[/i][/spoiler] Silencersix sat in the c[i]o[/i]ckpit of his ship, looking down at the trees below. The only sound that could be heard was the thunder in the distance, and the gentle hum of the engines. His AI broke the silence. “Approaching the signal source in 5 kilometers.” “Good. Display the source’s location on the ship’s HUD, please....... Thank you.” Six flipped a few switches on the control panel and the ship began it’s landing sequence. He could see the source of the signal from here; it was a crashed ship, barely recognizable and in flames. The ship landed on top of a hill, 50 meters away from the crash. Six stepped out of the ship, and could hear something that sounded like something was being thrown against metal. He approached the wreckage slowly. The closer he came, the louder the sound was. A machine gun materialized in Six’s hands. “Jess, scan for heat signatures.” “Detecting 3 life forms. One human, two large humanoid creatures.” He rounded the wreckage and found the source of the noise— two large, ape-like creatures were trying to get into the ship. They had green, glowing devices stuck to their heads, and had patches of fur missing. They somehow heard Six, and turned around. The smaller of the two motioned to the other, as if telling it to continue its work. The other returned to bashing at the door of the ship, and the smaller charged at Six, who activated a blade of hard light. As the beast came close, Six preformed an uppercut attack, killing it instantly. Once Six looked up, he realized that the other had gotten into the ship, and could hear screaming. He ran to the wreckage and looked inside. As he looked inside, the beast punched him shattering part of his chestplate and sending him flying into the mud. He got up, and siva nanites pieces together to repair his armor. Six sent a few rounds into the beast, killing it. He walked over to it, and crouched next to it, investigating the device stuck on it’s head. It looked strangely familiar. “Jess, what is this creature? Is it what I [i]think[/i] it is?” “Searching database.... It is a reaper, species name; unknown.” “What? That can’t be right. Identify this device.” “Scanning.... done. It appears to be some sort of camera.” “Who made it?” “Searching databases..... it was made by the planet destroying race known as ‘Phantoms’.” “God...” Six became worried. He entered what remained of the wrecked ship, and saw the bodies of 8 men. Seven of who died in the crash, and the deformed body of the man killed by the beast. After taking a look around, he found a voice log in the c[i]o[/i]ckpit. He played it. [quote]“Day 6 after the crash. We’ve run out of food and water, I’m the only one left. The door still won’t budge. I’m also running out of air in here. The ‘aliens’ returned last night in their cylindrical ships, and dropped 2 monkey-looking beasts off. They don’t seem to have noticed me yet. Cynthia, this part is for you. How’ve you been? Good, I hope. I just want to let you know, that I love you. And I’m sorry for anything I did to hurt you... (Chuckling and coughing) What am I doing....? You’re never going to hear this. Nobody is going to hear this. Well, today’s been pretty boring, there’s no arguing with that.
