Im not going to lie its annoying but no amount of early game test has any developer prepared for the later tuning required, every game has to do it due to community backlash and unexpected results. Siege, Division, Pubg, Overwatch ( yes i know its dead). They all have unexpected results and have to release nerfs after release.
