Dear whoever, I used to take pride in pulling guardians through their first raids. Teaching them the encounters and helping them along. This was always fun because I would have to really try super hard to reverse an issue in the event of someone epically failing to save it. I don't like wipes or ammo runs. I believe you should go out of your way to try and save the run or make it work. Sadly this is going to be really difficult to keep doing as most of these first timers don't have the weapons and armor that a stacked team of pros would run. I already run really weird set ups but it's nice to drop a Phoenix well to keep them alive. This isn't just hurting sweats. It's hurting new players. The Luna/NF nerf is actually a pve nerf as 90% of the time you're being flinched and pacing your shots and firing at 150 anyway. What's worse is they're punishing good aim. Not Forgotten is supposed to be the best gun for the best players yet it currently sits below Jotunn in pvp kills. A weapon that requires special ammo and has tracking on it has more kills than a primary weapon that spawns with almost unlimited ammo and requires a dlc purchase. Not Forgotten is open to anyone who pursues it. I get the Gwisen Vest nerf. That's fine. You shouldn't get 15 kills out of every super. What's worse is that we had skip nade week and then they announced killing anything that requires skill while weapons that track and grenades that track are running rampant. I don't know who they're tailoring the experience to but it's not people who actually play the game. I am guessing the most of these nerfs will revert after the new raid has been run a few times and they just don't want day 1 raiding to be too easy... I hope to God that's the case. It's just not going to be fun any more otherwise and people will find new games to play. That makes me sad because I've been a devout Bungie fan since Halo and almost exclusively play their games because they're fun. The changes don't sound fun. I'm positive that I'll be fine in a stacked team that knows what they're doing but being a try hard as far as 2/3 man raid bosses go or carrying people through that have none of the good stuff and like 2 resilience with no matching armor perks and main auto rifles is going to be more of a pain than a joy. This hurts the sherpas and the noobs more than the average players.
