Nova Warp, when it was first added to the game was definitely OP. Then it was nerfed into the ground, and then brought up a bit. In the state we are now, where you cannot fight a super without using another super, Nova Warp is still obsolete. Every super, and I mean literally every single one can out duel nova Warp. They either attack too fast for you to get two charged bursts off, they are one hit kill, or they have range that will kill you before you are even close, and even when you get close it's two charge bursts to kill. Nova Warp now, for it to be usable, needs to have one hit potential on supers, |||OR||| one charge on quick burst
