That guy, my friend, is Crow. If you look at the Prodigal Hunter mask, it looks exactly like his. Plus the quote for that helmet says that his name is Crow.

Notice how the Prodigal gear is designed towards Uldren’s armor set. Uldren never wears a helmet, but I would guess that would be what it looks like. This new guy is certainly not [i]the[/i] Crow. Most likely he is a new Dredgen, or some old blood Dredgen that we can’t identify the name of.
