You had a 93% drop off in Trials participation. Comp usually has between a 3-5% participation rate. The forums have been on fire with people complaining about how bad even QP is getting with the sweats. Most of your player base didn't want sweatier. We also threw so much of a fit over timers that you took them off, and here we are again. How are you so far out of touch with your customer base? You're listening to the wrong people, and it's about to become painfully evident. I hope you don't realize too late that putting your faith in "the best and brightest" and ignoring the real player base was the wrong move.
