Hi there. It sounds like the strike experienced an issue somewhere. As you said, the solution would be to wipe or restart the strike.

Thanks for the reply, just wondered if it was something that could have a permanent fix as it happens every single time I do that particular strike. And if the other fire team members don’t realise what you’re doing they will just keep reviving you making it impossible to complete the strike.
