🤔 A god that doesn’t refer to itself as one for starters. I don’t hate fictional characters. I hate fictional characters based on lies or fake truths because of the pain they cause to others. The added variance to life by their existence is fine. But when their existence leads to the “loss” of life, they’ve gone too far.

I’m a bit confused by your first and last sentence. I’m also not sure what god(s) you believe to be true. But are you referring to certain Christians (for example) who don’t allow their children medicine - and opt to pray instead - letting their children die?

And no, I’m referring to anyone who makes the future less variable based on lies. Loss of life included.

By its effects on the surrounding environment. 🤔 Like how Bungie treats the Traveler in the Destiny universe. I think there’s also a Grimoire card that details the “inner thoughts” of the Traveler as it went around terraforming the Sol system. Something about it being praised but never caring or wanting to be.

Bungie knows exactly what they’re doing with each game they create. And they’re getting better at it too. Life exist because of light. Energy can be light. Thoughts are light. And even the energies we can’t see like gravity or radiation exist because of light.
