I still often wonder if the Vex weren’t somehow created, accidentally or otherwise, by Clovis Bray’s experiments with SIVA and Exo’s? Since timelines are skewed in Destiny, take for example the “Perfect Paradox”? Sure it could be some “other” Guardian he is talking about, bit more than likely it’s not. So we have the Exo’s, SIVA and Clovis Bray working on a way to enhance test subjects with nanotechnology all around the same time? Now imagine a Warmind overseeing and subminds being created to control all of this? Seems a bit too eerily similar to the Vex? How did Savathûn somehow know about the Vex and managed to trick Crota into bringing them into the ascendant realm? Just a little Golden Age speculation if you will. That and my insomniac’s brain.
