To whom it may concern, Since I got this game for free, I wanted to put down some money and buy some in game cosmetic items that I thought looked amazing. I was super excited to see that there was a winder event, since Christmas time is my favorite time of the year. I went out and bought a bunch of silver, worked out what would be the best way to get what I loved, bought a some stuff including the "Dawning's Genesis Bundle". To my shock, after opening the bundle, I revived NOTHING. It states that I already own the bundle but when I go into my collections I cannot acquire any of the items listed inside. Please can anyone help, I can't find it, I have even checked my postmaster and still nothing. Thank you!
