It's not as easy as you might think - to design a quest/bounty that players CAN'T work around to the detriment of others. The real target of your ill will should be those players who can't be arsed to run a proper quest. But...
The answer I've come up with had to be 2-fold: Require a length of time in Gambit - a number of hours (let's say 10 total). Problem with this is AFK and rubber-banders... So you'd need super good detection for those players and boot them quickly so they can't just run in circles and queue into game after game...
Can't be a number of rounds, because then you incentivize losing the middle round. Can't be wins, because nobody can control that (and of course, cheating). I suppose it could have been a number of motes to the bank, but that might also get tedious if your team is hogging them all.
It's just not 100% fool-proof to design a non-exploitable quest/bounty. Be mad at the pricks who don't play right. Give Bungie some slack...

Wins far better stops afk and anyother shenanigans. Yes you will have ddos and data manipulation.. just like pvp has.. and that is on bungie for not actively persuing these players and removing them from the game. Bungie is more interested in the bottom line sales than they are in the game play experience. You may say that they do try... not saying they don't. but, they don't put the effort in that I and many feel they should. I have tracked several players, know ddos players who continue to play after repeated proof has been sent to bungie and playstation for the way they play. hundreds of wins in a row, everyone of them the opposing team is leaving.. that just doesn't happen by accident. How about those paid carries.. against the end user agreement, yet, those players keep advertising RIGHT HERE ON THE FORUM. ITs easy to find them on twitch too. Bungie is allowing their own rules to be broken. Until they seriously put the effort to stop them, you are right, there is no way to produce bounties as there will be a way to exploit the game to get the end product.

I get what you're saying, and you're not wrong. I just know that the frustration of it would leave me feeling more 'lucky' than 'accomplished'. I mean, I've run with a 4-stack in Gambit a LOT and just gotten spanked by those melt-boss-in-3-seconds teams... But, you're not wrong. lol

asking honestly.. not wanting to be a dick.. If you are in a 4 stack, how can you not compete with your own melt? Are you not aware of the different ways to accomplish this yourself. I know several methods including one that literally is less than a second to melt the boss.. No word of a lie.. Don't mind sharing if you are looking for that strategy.

Answer: I play with the wife and 2 friends who started with me playing Halo 2. She ONLY runs striker titan (because she loves it, and that's cool with me), I run titan instead of my solar 'lock because I do better in Gambit with the tank (absolutely HATE being killed by adds). So, we're basically 3 titans, 2 solar and until last night, a Stormcaller warlock. THAT guy DGAF about the RPG side of Destiny - hard core Halo guy. Doesn't understand why we all don't start each match with the same shit. Not to mention, 2 Gambit games are all any of them can stand to play any given session. Especially if we're getting 2-rounded by god teams. So, yeah - it's definitely our fault, but if the other team isn't super sweaty, our communication can most of the time win the day. I'd have to run a quest like Breakneck (with wins) solo, and that would be a fugging nightmare...

由Justin_Giver編輯: 12/10/2018 8:05:52 PMok.. your current load out for the team. have one solar titan run top tree. once the envoys are both down (the witches) melting point (shoulder charge) the prime. HAve the stormcaller run middle tree I beleive it is chaso reach. Another titan can run middle tree as solar and the striker titan can really run what ever they want. this will get you damn close to a 3-5 second melt depending on the coordination of the team. I assume you have shotguns, sleeper etc. someone needs to be running this and after the supers are all out, a titan can put a low sheild wall down and shotgun the minimal that may be left. all about coordination, load out and understanding the supers and how they interact and what they do.
HAve the stormcaller run middle tree I beleive it is chaso reach.
That's the guy who literally just unlocked Novawarp last night. Not even fully upgraded his FIRST new super tree. lol Thanks for the tips though. Me and my buddy run top tree sunbreaker and tell everyone when melting point is active and we do focus down the envoys every time before we touch the prime. It's the little random things, honestly - like dropping almost 40 motes in a single game because of I-can't-believe-that-just-happened bad luck, etc...

no problem at all. I have no problem helping anyone with strategy, tactics etc. When you get on a roll and win 10 in a row and feel invincible, melting the boss etc.. the points rack up, your afternoon goes by an you have a hell of a good time.. not saying you don't when you win one and lose one but, its different. I def play with a loadout that is sweaty, I push for the wins and see opportunity and hate to lose when we should have won. The fastest melt I have seen is the one we tend to use most. melting point andtwo blade barrages.. literally less than a second if they fire just as I hit the boss, the boss is dead when those blades hit. Ive had a lot of hate mail from that tactic.
