Are you saying that you have already reset it 5 times, but it says you only did 4? I ask this because this happened to me today. I was on 4/5 for a while and then today, it hit the final reset. I reset it, but it did not credit me 5/5 to finish off the broadsword quest. I’m not sure why? Anybody know what could be wrong?

You need to reach the step that requires those five resets before the end of the season (the 27th) if you don't want to grind out those resets again.

Yes as long as you get to the 5 reset step prior to the end of this season. The Valor resets in a season are retroactive. For those who can’t remember there is an emblem that tracks Valor rank ups in Season 4, every 6 ranks is a reset so should say 30.
