I've installed Battle.net and downloaded Destiny 2 on my PC. When I try to start the game I get the Bungie splash screen then the Destiny 2 screen saying "press return to continue". After pressing return I get the message that it couldn't download the configuration files from Bungie servers and the error code is Turtle.
Based on the advice around the error message, I have checked for packet loss (there is none) and set up port forwarding for TCP 3074 and UDP 3074, 3097 but it still does not work.

Issue Information
Destination/Activity:
Attempting to start Destiny2 from the battle.net launcher
Description:
Bungie splash screen appears then Destiny 2 screen which says "press enter to play"
After pressing enter message appears on the screen: "Failed to download configuration files from bungie servers, please try again" and "for more information visit bungie.net and search for error code Turtle".
Searched for the error code and so far have tried:
1. Checking for packet loss - no packets lost
2. Set up port forwarding to the PC for TCP port 3074 and UDP Ports 3074 and 3097 and confirmed ports are open.
Still getting the error.
