Don't understand the efficacy of this copypasta's purpose... If to trol, am not offended....translated, it's a decent-sounding Constitution of an above-average country, if not semantically miffing the inner AnCap Natural Law believer in this user that Rights seem to be endowed and taken-awayable by an artificial social construct of government but it's not really a State compared to most every other country, and this user admires the decentralization and fact it has multiple languages, despite making 'em 'official', am cool with not having an official language like this country but if one is gunna have one at least have multiple, but none should be legislated.....it should be a recognition not an endowment in and of itself with mandates....one does not/should not HAVE to do anything except not kyll rayp or aggress on someone without being aggressed on first etc..
