We should be able to change perks & stats of any armor piece via infusion.
Well, title says it all...
We should be able to change base stats and perks of any armor piece (except exotics) with using another armor piece / via infusion.
Most of us want to have more creative freedom in this game. Because why not?

Let me try to make it clear. Let's assume I have an armor piece with no perks or stats (like year one) but I really love the cosmetic look of it. And let's assume I have another piece with the stats i like to use. So, i should have an option to embed those stats/perks to my old armor via infusion. Or, let's assume I'm in light level 540 and i need a helmet with sniper rifle targeting and reserves. My gear is fine except that. Let's say i created a whole set of tangled web armor and i'm happy with the look of my character. So, I'm running strikes for the helmet and let's assume it dropped with right perks but it belongs to different armor set ( mimetic savior). So i should be able to embed those perks to my tangled web helm via infusion. I don't want to be forced to change the look of my character just for stats and perks. Instead of that, stats and perks needs to fit into my play style and fashion choices.
