Was Borealis's Ionic Return perk supposed to be nerfed? It's now only a 40% damage buff (9% vs Guardians)
The perk description still says double damage. The nerf makes sense but it should be clearly communicated, although I still think it should be more than 40% bonus damage. And especially more than 9% in PvP.
