Im one of the late comers, I bought the pre-order Cayde6 Forsaken pack, and Ive beaten the entire story of the game, and all the DLCs and not once have I seen an exotic engram drop. Sure I have exotic weapons and armor from missions, but that doesnt change the fact that E-Engram drops are far too exotic in my opinion. I agree they should be rare, and Ive read that they used to drop all the time, but now it feels like the dont drop AT ALL. Please fix the drop rate.

1 回覆So you've been playing for less than two weeks and you're complaining about not having all the gear lol
-
4 回覆I got Telesto and the new sword from gambit, contraverse hold from a heroic taken blight, geomagnetic stabilizers from a heroic adventure, and two-tailed fox from the blind well, all within 5 days.
i think you may be exaggerating a bit.
I made a rant about this the other day, I love the game but after logging well over 100 hours and finishing pretty much all but the raid and zero exotics is ridiculous, you play to get rewarded but if there are no rewards then what’s the point

All Exotic drops so far have been Year 1. Jade Rabbit x2 Wardclife Coil DARCI Merciless Otherside Sparrow x2 Got Borealis from fated only because I unlocked all year one's in year one, the catalyst dropped about 20 minutes later from a strike. So the drop rate for me isn't the issue, it's the complete lack of year 2 items so far.

1 回覆I have Black Talon, Warlock Chest, Lord of Wolves and Telesto drop. It seems fine to me.
-
6 回覆In the ten days or so I have been playing, I got 1 net-new (hello, borealis), 3 retreads (but all good, including my masterworkwd VW) and 2 Xur purchases. To me, that seems like an exotic -feeling haul. That seems like a decent haul for less than 2 weeks. I don’t k ow I’d want to change it just yet. If I really wanted to invest in an exotic, I’d buy it from my inventory and pay the damn fee of motes or whataver. If I wanted bad, I mean. I’m not there yet, but, eh, considering it.

2 回覆I got my first non-quest bound exotic and it was a sparrow -.-, it's not all bad though. It has a big glowing skull on it and there's zero transmat time, so as soon as you push square you're on the thing. I'm going to glitch this game so hard with that.

3 回覆由Syndicate Bias編輯: 9/17/2018 5:35:32 AMHahahaha clearly you and alot of D2 players never played D1 vanilla judging from everyone's character's active years on track. Exotics were pretty rare and only nf and weekly strikes once a week or xur gave you any, maybe the lucky crucible match you got one a few times or the raid chest, the only exotic raid chest. Sometimes IDon't get why the community has to whine when something is reverted back to what it was and then change it back to what they didn't want. In d1 exotics were mostly never there, if you wanted a 50/50 chance at an exotic you needed to do a weekly strike or nightfall back when those were brutal to do and chances were still meh. Nonetheless this community seems to waste their time to whine on the forums every time and ruin it for the majority who enjoy this game now more than what the vocal minority got it changed to when d1 ended. You could've gotten an.exotic drop in the time it took u to post this '~'

1 回覆I think we're back to the old weighted RNG system of old. And currently Edge Transit bears a bulk majority of the weight. There's almost no room left for exotics.
-
I have gotten my Hunter and Warlock to 540 light. I got 2 exotic drops. Both were old items. Definitely seems like Prime Engrams are eating up some of the drop rate of exotics. I appreciate the light bump from Prime Engrams but getting the occasional exotic in a week of gameplay would be nice especially given the infusion cost reduction of infusing an exotic into a legendary.

13 回覆I STRONGLY DISAGREE!!! I remember in year 1 D1 how amazing it was to get an exotic. Thats how it should be and how i hope they keep it.
-
3 回覆I feel you. Currently sitting at 125 strikes completed and 85 zavala packages opened, and not a single exotic. Plus all the power engram stuff every day. Not even old exotics drop for me. Starting to burn out already due to infinite edge transits and barely any kept legendary guns with decent rolls. Maybe they should add milestones that guarantee an exotic drop after a major grind? Like every 50 or so strikes or crucible matches, you're guaranteed an exotic? Because just RNG is a bitch...

1 回覆Personally, I’m happy with it. And Xur not selling exotic engrams or new exotic is just perfect. Finally it feels great to get an exotic reward ! And I know I’ll be chasing a few exotic I want for a little while ! :D

由RingersCheckmate編輯: 9/17/2018 7:42:02 AMLess than two weeks = not at all for exotic drop rates. This is the level of impatience we’re reached people. I’ve seen SEVEN exotic drops, yet two of them are actually new. Fireteam medallions with friends (though I’m sure if you’re wanting new exotic drops in your short playtimes you might not have any) works wonders.

9 回覆In destiny 1 exotics dropped just on Raid and Nightfalls..and probably there are still persons searching for Gally!:)

2 回覆Ace of spades feels rewarding to have. Random drop from doing some random thing isnt rewarding, it's getting lucky from a slot machine

2 回覆由Skognacious編輯: 9/17/2018 6:05:05 AMDrop Rate is fine, waited months for G Horn back in the day. we were kind if spoiled in previous dlcs which was ok too. The proper fix is to not give the old duplicate exotics. I already paid for those. is that not the reason for collections? I'll go back and get it from there if I want it that bad.
