Range also affects accuracy

I think they might have done that on purpose because it's already pretty high on the tier list. If the catalyst was any better there would be even more complaining about it. I rarely take it off as is, it's so much fun getting chain explosions and having purple orbs flying everywhere. It filled the void outbreak prime left in my heart.

I think the GL catalyst will be a minimal improvement considering it already has good range and AA. The Sunshot seems like it will have a more noticeable improvement with its catalyst.

The range stat also affects how far away aim assist will kick in so it will be stickier to targets further away
