Hi there,
Thank you for your report! We are investigating a fix for an issue in which some laptops encounter a black screen when launching Destiny 2. Players have reported, and we have verified, that in some cases it is possible to launch and play Destiny 2 by rolling back the NVIDIA drivers to 390.77. Players should use caution when attempting to roll back drivers as this may cause other issues within Destiny 2 or other programs.
Important Note: While we will do our best to make sure Destiny 2 is available on the widest variety of PC hardware, we do not officially support Destiny 2 PC on laptop configurations.

由Tha_Thominator編輯: 5/19/2018 6:27:56 PM1. One of your biggest streamers KingGothalion plays destiny on a laptop while streaming. Im sure he'd like to hear you say Destiny is not officially suported. 2. If you say that destiny 2 is not supported on laptops but never told the consumers, then I think its time for a class action lawsuit for our money back?

A laptop is nothing more than a compact PC with a compact screen in one. This is by FAR the weakest excuse for your utter and total incompetence I have EVER heard. Secondly, this problem is know for more than a week now. This is completely unacceptable. Thirdly, nowhere is it stated that Destiny is not supported on laptops. Shame on you. Shame on you all. Last Bungie product I will have ever bought. Incomptence will not be rewarded.

So just curious, when I'm looking at changing my nvidia driver, the advertisement that says "10: Ultimate gaming laptops Design and performance perfected." with a picture of Destiny 2 on the laptop screen is actually not supported?

Hi first I could play on my laptop without problems, while having all the requirements even above your requirements. Everything happened after upgrading to build Windows 1803 of Windows 10. Other games in other houses, although not 100% compatible with laptops, work without problems. I hope you solve this problem, otherwise it is money thrown away.

由Eng4G3編輯: 5/18/2018 9:23:19 PMHi Bungie, Thank you for investigating this! It's good to hear that you're aware of and looking into this issue. Out of curiosity, where do you state that you do not officially support laptops? I feel mislead by the system requirements here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46405 and here: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/109713 My reading of those provide no hint that laptops are not supported. If you end up not being able to fix this, will I be able to apply for a refund? This is the first that I've heard laptops are not supported...

由Eng4G3編輯: 5/19/2018 3:09:28 AMJust a follow up to my post: it looks like Bungie has updated their system requirements web page to indicate laptops are not officially supported (using the same language as their forum post above). Thank you for making it clear! I just wish it showed up a bit sooner - part of the reason I splurged on a gaming laptop rather than a standard ultrabook was to play destiny 2 on it. But, I appreciate you taking my post into consideration.

Sadly it does not work like that. They cant just "Oh shit, we -blam!-ed up" and then change it to, laptops are not supported. Whew, we dodged a bullet there. his was not stated ANYWHERE before release, or after release. Or ever. This just screams class action lawsuit.
