It will take you 10 to 20 minutes when you first start putting your contacts in. You will get better and quicker doing this over time.
Make sure to rinse them when you take them out or are about to put them in. Just make sure there isn’t a ton of solution on the contact or else it won’t stick to your pupil.
Never sleep with them in.
The doctor will probably say that you should change your contacts every 2 to 3 weeks. In my experience, you can change your contacts every 2 to 3 months. This will save you money in the long run.
I suggest getting a pair of glasses, too. Your eyes will get tired of wearing contacts, so wearing glasses can help with that.
Right now i am testing daily contacts, and i still have my previous pair of glasses, the change in my vision between this year and last year was almost negligible, (my left eye deteriorated slightly to match my right eye) When i run out of dailies i'll try a two week pair. today, i am trying the cheaper option of daily and i just got them in so i can't give an opinion yet
