They just aren’t straightforward with us...like, am I missing something? Has it been consistently proven that admitting fault causes you to lose customers faster than a hemophiliac loses blood through a paper cut? Is there actually a good reason Bungie is so cagey with information, so unwilling to issue a simple apology? “We’re sorry you guys aren’t enjoying the game. We’re really gonna try to make it better.” That’s all I want to see from them, and it looks like it’ll never happen. They seem to have this bullshit policy in place that absolutely forbids even moderately open and honest communication.
